I'm finally going to do it!

Today's post has nothing to do about stamping or cards. I've decided to share a little about me. I've worn eyeglasses since I was 2 years old. Of course, once I was old enough to wear contact lenses, I started to use them and never looked back! Well, since the birth of my daughter a little over 13 months ago, contacts do not suit my lifestyle and I've been wearing my eyeglasses that have not been updated since college. I'm not going to share how long ago my college days were, but let's just say it's been a long time! So today I'm finally going to get my eyes checked and pick out a new pair of glasses! I'm so excited. I really need a change and I can't wait to see what options are out there.I never thought I would be using my contacts for occasional use and going back to wearing glasses full time, but life changes! The pic above is with my current glasses. Stay tuned....

Punchy Thanks

I love the way this card turned out! I created this card as one of the designs for my sister's bridal shower thank you's. It is simple, yet elegant  all at the same time!I'm planning on creating more of these cards with different color combos. Don't forget to visit my Etsy store, Bay Breeze Designs where you'll find this card set and more! Thanks for looking!

Beautiful Butterfly Gift Card Holder

I love Stampin' Up's! Beautiful Butterfly Bigz Die! This makes for a versatile gift card holder. I used Rich Razzleberry, Pale Plum and Old Olive card stock. I embossed the butterflies with a texturz plate also exclusive to Stampin' Up! The body of the butterfly was created using mini-pearls which I purchased from one of my favorite Etsy stores, PAPER CRAFTERS PARADISE! The ribbon is a sheer organdy cream that ties the holder together. The inside of the holder was stamped using Lovely Labels stamp set. Thanks for looking!

Cute as A Bug Gift Card Holder

What a fun way to jazz up a gift card. This holder is designed for a baby shower or welcoming a new baby. I just love the cute little bug in the carriage! I obtained great directions on how to create these from DOStamping with Dawn. The inside of the card was also stamped with a variety of my retired Stampin' Up! sets too! I've decided I really need to put some of my sets to good use! Thanks for looking!

I've decided to dust off some of my old stamp sets to create this fun Thank You card set. This was inspired from sample cards I received from my upline, Pat Nelson. It was such a fun set to make because I not only used punches, which I love, but I also used my crimper and ribbon! I hope you like them and thanks so much for looking!
